Clarion Pointe Sulphur Springs

Good breakfast and clean and comfortable. If you stay on the back side of hotel, it will be great. If your room is on freeway side there, will be a ton of road noise so you will want a very loud white noise.

Morgan was a life saver! Such a great attitude. Smiling and helpful and an amazing representative for Clarion Pointe. Her smile and willingness to help get us settled was such a refreshing change after being stranded because our flight was canceled at DFW. We were driving home to Detroit because we couldn't get a flight out of DFW until Monday. Morgan restored our faith in humanity. Thank you, Morgan and thank you Clarion Pointe Sulpher Springs for having comfortable beds, superior employees, and breakfast! We will be back.

Though retired now, I traveled for a living and have spent a good amount of time in various hotels around the country. I was impressed with this one. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing! Got a great night's sleep after driving all day. I would stay here again.

Lenny and Patsy are absolutely fantastic along with most of the other staff. The rooms are clean and will appointed. The location is terrific. My 18 wheeler broke down, and I needed a place to stay in a pinch… This was just the place. If it weren’t for the ice and the fact that I had to walk everywhere that I was going, there would’ve been plenty of places to go to as well. Unfortunately, I was stuck in the hotel, the whole time without being able to go to any of the nearby businesses. Lenny, you do a great job managing the hotel!

Stayed here two nights to visit family nearby. First time in a Clarion Pointe property. It was on par with the Hampton Inn & Suites where we normally stay but no room available due to local events. Not disappointed at all. Room was nice and although there was a kiddie commode in a king room, at least there was a grab bar. Breakfast was good and the property was clean. I would stay at a Pointe again.

I was there after being released from the hospital. On our second day I had another seizure. The paramedics came a picked me up in our room. This hotel refunded both nights. The rooms are some of the prettiest I've seen. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The free breakfast is delicious. I'd stay there every day if I could! Highly recommend. Super clean and very comfortable beds.

The location is very convenient. When we checked out it was easy to get back on the road and continue our trip! It is evident how much attention is given to cleanliness. And the room was already cool when we arrived, we didn't have to wait for it to cool down like at other hotels. There is a microwave, a mini-frige, and a coffee maker. Plenty of towels supplied, we didn't have to call up for more, and the lights are easy to find and turn on/off as needed unlike other places. We didnt get to get in the pool but it looked very clean. There is continental breakfast, I arrived late but there was eggs, sausage patties, potatoes with chorizo, biscuits and gravy, an assortment of bagels and pastries, waffles (the huge Texas shapes ones), your choice of juices, cereal, and oatmeal. The coffee was great quality. The check in process was easy, and the staff was very kind.
